All cookies are in heat-sealed bags, and they will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. If you need them to stay fresh longer than this, you may freeze them for up to 3 months. Please never refrigerate the cookies, and keep them out of direct sunlight/heat.

Carefully place heat-sealed cookies on their side in an air-tight container. You may use paper towels or parchment paper in between each one to help provide cushion. Cookies will stay fresh in the freezer for at least 3 months. To thaw, remove the entire container, but do not open it until all of the cookies have come to room temperature (~4-12 hours depending on how many are in the container). If you open the container before they are thawed, you may risk condensation ruining the designs. Please never refrigerate the cookies, and keep them out of direct sunlight/heat.

Our decorated sugar cookies contain the following ingredients: (cookie) all purpose flour, sugar, salted butter, eggs, vanilla bean paste, pure almond extract, salt / (icing) powdered sugar, water, meringue powder, gel paste food coloring, corn syrup, vanilla bean paste, salt. Depending on design, cookies may contain luster dust and traces of corn starch.

All of our cookies are made in a home kitchen using shared equipment, so they may also come in contact with common allergens including, but not limited to, peanuts and soy.

We need a minimum of 1 week notice for custom orders, however, we typically book up 3-4+ weeks in advance. Any order placed less than 2 weeks in advance will incur a 15%-25% rush fee, depending on when the order is placed. The sooner you know, the better chance there is that we have a spot available for you. We are unable to hold your spot on the calendar until 100% payment is received.

We do not do any trademarked or copyrighted themes, characters, logos, etc. unless we have written permission from the trademark/copyright holder to do so. If your theme uses trademarks, we may be able to work with you to design cookies that coordinate with the theme while still protecting our business.

Pickups are near Hamilton Place Mall in Chattanooga, TN. An address will be sent once an order is placed and paid in full.

Delivery is only offered on a case-by-case basis and is dependent on our schedule and availability. Please contact us to inquire about delivery for your order.

Unfortunately Tennessee Cottage Food Laws do not allow us to ship.
